Richard started his career as a investment banker for Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bloomberg working in both London City and Hong Kong.
Upon returning from Hong Kong Richard set up his own property business which morphed into a group of companies of which grew by 100% year on year for 5 consecutive years before eventually selling to LSL Trinity Plc who at the time were a FTSE 250 company.
Since then Richard has been Acquiring, Investing in and consulting for UK based companies of which he has successfully grown or turned around c20 companies at time of writing with 3 further exits.
Richard is a keen surfing enthusiast and has chased waves around the world. He has recently purchased an old farm building and spent the last 18 months converting it into his family home
Jamie Simpson
Jamie has been starting, growing, acquiring and selling businesses since his early 20’s.
He is a seasoned deal maker with 20+ successful acquisitions/disposals to his name at time of writing and has been featured in Acquisition Aficionado and Business Leader Magazines due to his deal making credentials.
Jamie specializes in working with the sellers in a collaborative approach of which benefits both parties not only to strike a deal, but achieve success and limit stress for both parties post acquisition.
This approach protects the good will in the business and allows the staff, suppliers and clients to continue to have a great relationship with the company .
Jamie is a keen traveler and adventurer and has recently summited Mount Toubkal in Morocco and Mount Maglic in Bosnia. He spends much of his free time enjoying the Sussex coast with his family.
